this is a Samsung 40" 4K Ultra TV I have converted to a touchscreen showing Pro Tools 12.8 and DTouch for anyone interested

many thanks to Diego who solved the issue with getting the remote to open, He installed the prior x86 version of the loopmidi software and this solved that issue, I tried numerous loopback software options and none of them would work, this is on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB for anyone interested, he also gave me a beta version of the Pro Tools 12.8 DTouch software, I have ran into a couple of minor problems and will consider myself a beta tester of sorts, my question is would you guys have me report these issues here? or would you prefer me to report them somewhere else? I am willing to assist you until the official release of the 12.8 support for DTouch.

I will, and thanks! the only panic was that I wasn't going to be able to use DTouch, the only other option would be Slate and I can't do that.... nothing personal just too much money for a cheap Chinese TV with an IR overlay and his software. Yes, I saw yours and other posts about 40" being about the ideal size That's what me convinced me to go with a 40" my Sams Club membership helped, got a very nice one at a very good price
