Channel labeling

Hello,

I´m new in the forum and get a problem with Dtouch on Cubase 8.5 on a Acer T272. With some of my older projects
there is an issue with the channel labeling of the Dtouch mix overlay. There is an offset in the channel order so the channels get
wrong names and colors. If I want to select a channel there is the same offset e.g. select channel 5, channel 11 will light up.
Does anybody know this behaviour or is there something wrong with my settings?

this is not normal!!
Please, contact support@deviltechnologies.com with a description of the problem. Also, include a screenshot of the mixer with the DTouch overlay shown.
Please, open your Cubase "Devices" menu, "print" a screenshot and send it to us.
Does this problem appear only on some projects or on all?
Please, answer to all these questions by E-Mail to our support team. If this is a bug or needs a special setting, we will post a solution here for all the users.
