Viewsonic Touch screen monitor?

Granted it is only 24", will this be ok as a Dtouch auxiliary screen? Too small to use for audio plugins and Dtouch macros ?
Some reviewers say that the raised panel edges make Windows side-screen swipes difficult. Otherwise seems ok.

The price is very reasonable at $338US
