I did get it, but not before reverting back to V1. I should have just waited until the end of the day.DT_bettinzana wrote: ↑05 Jun 2019 17:59The last activations were faster than the first ones.Havoc911 wrote: ↑05 Jun 2019 17:21It probably should have been specified in the email that you sent out that licenses are not immediately available. I just wasted time uninstalling V1 and installing V2 only to be greeted with demo mode. I'm now having to revert back to V1 and will then have to go back to V2 in a number of days. Time is valuable.
Haven't you received the activation yet? How much time has passed?
Hope it's not too long..

My guys told me that it took less than 8 minutes to activate your license. You were the luckiest one here

Re: Hope it's not too long..
...are there any plans for the OS X version?
I had to upgrade to Mojave and Pro Tools 2019 and that combination is not working with the latest DTouch Version.
I also tried to contact support a few times via the contact form on the site, got the automated mail from the ticket system, answered without removing the Customer Tag but never got an answer back.
Is support for OSX running out? Or is it just me?

Yes, we are upgrading the OS X version of DTouch for Pro Tools too.
Thank you for your patience.

That's great to hear!
If you need some beta testing let me know!
Any idea why I never got a reaction from support this year? (You can also contact me via mail of course!)
