At the moment DTouch is not compatible with Cubase 9. We neither have the official Cubase 9 version.
Please, if your workflow is 100% DTouch based, wait to upgrade to Cubase 9. We cannot test/re-code/compile DTouch in 2 days!

Yes it has arrived, I will hold off upgrading until D touch is recoded.
