Faderport setup with DTouch and PT

At one time my faderport one worked flawlessly with the DTouch. However now, after upgrading the DTouch and Protools Im somehow
not able to make them communicate properly. All I get after completing the setup is the Faderport connection on the first green indicator on the EXT CONTRL ACT window. Is there anything with this version of DTouch vs Ext Controller that Im not aware of?
Do I need DFader for this?....I seem to remember reading that all DFader functionality should be in DTouch.

Try a clean install with a previous version of DTouch. If this issue still occurs, contact support@deviltechnologies.com they provides a great support.
