dtouch saying it finds no open Nuendo Project.

dtouch trial on Win7 says it finds no open Nuendo (5.5.6) Project in Legacy or Standard.
For this test: new: Acer T272HL bmjjz 27"
Also, I don't find troubleshooting in Manual for this or have received help from support yet. Once it did say Nuendo template was needed to open but I do not have a template for "a Project with 60 Mono Tracks" to open.
Is this necessary?
Is there a specific opening sequence like maybe: Nuendo, dtouch then monitor?
Have requested Cubase 9.5 trial instead and will upgrade to win10 if this works. Where I touch is not accurate in Win7.
