I don't find any presets in DFader Mode Settings in DTouch

I am stuck in trying to set up (NanoKontrol, i.e. Mackie Control) DFader with recent trial download of DTouch for Cubase 9, standard mode. I have not installed DFader seperately. I configured loopmidi.

In DTouch I press the button and I don't find any presets in DFader Mode Settings.

Is DFADEER needed for more functionality as I already have 2 Nanos selecting and controlling faders in DTouch?

Thanks.

There are no presets because the DFader mode settings are very user/workflow dependent.
Making a new preset is a matter of 20 seconds.

No, don't install DFader; it would be a mess. Use the DFader mode integrated in DTouch.

BTW: the Nanokontrol doesn't have motorized faders; for this reason, I seriously doubt that it would be a good tool for controlling the DFader mode.
