Version 1.4 Cubase / Nuendo

First of all, Grrrreeeaat update.
The workspace is a wonderful wonderful tool. So easy. Really replaces well the legacy version...
I've assigner DT WS 1-3 already.
Just one little handicap. I really want to name them better. Now Buttons are called RECALL DT WS 1, etc...
I'd like to rename the recall WS buttons so that I don't have to remember what is what. So far I have only 3 workspaces.
But I will soon make at least another 3. Then it becomes a task to remember what is what if button names don't correlate better to what that WS is made for...

And another small hick up...
I have 2 different workspaces for audio editing. When switching from one to another I need the project window to remain in the same point in timeline and have the same zoom setting.
Am I missing something or does this need fixing?

I think that´s an issue of cubendo (unexcusable and several times noted in their forums) cubendo workspaces recall zoom and position in the timeline.

Hi!
But it worked with the macros in previous beta. So it is most likely doable...

Hello!
In fact this is what I asked to my guys. It should work exactly like the macro with an update of the current Cubendo workspace. I cannot test it now because I am not in front of my DAW, but I will check tomorrow. Anyway, if it doesn't work, it is a bug and we will fix it.

BTW: THAT macro cannot work now because we have removed some functions which were added only for testing purpose in the beta releases. Now you must use the new Workspaces.

Hello, we have checked ...
no bugs, at least on our machines.
So, we suspect that you haven't associated a CUBENDO workspace to the DTouch workspace.
That said, instead of wasting thousands words here, we have improved and expanded the DTouch for Cubendo User Guide. Please, read very carefully the Chapters 2.5 and 4.14 of the new (published exactly now) User Guide; there, you will find detailed explanations about the correct use of the DTouch workspaces.

Anyway, if it will still not work, keep us informed.

Don't work here. As said I have two workspaces involving project window.

Three screen shots attached here. In them you see that the place in the timeline changes when switching from one to another. The same as zoom setting. It is different...

And also ruler must be manually matched on both or the result might be as is in the screen shots. One ruler is timecode and the other is beats n bars. Of cource this is not a biggie. And maybe not an issue Dtouch can solve...

Third screen shot is my DT workspace manager window.

And any info about custom naming DT workspace buttons?

I have never been able to make workspaces that don´t save the zoom state in cubase, do you know how to?

Also, when I recall dtouch workspaces (it is not associated to a cubase workspace due to this zoom issue) my macro folders don´t appear again even if the folder button is "on"....I have to tap the button twice to "close" it and "oper" it to get it to show.

Don't know. I really hope there is a way to make this work better.

A photo might help. Overlapping windows, what ever sort, are troublesome so I've made my workspaces so that there is no overlapping...
