Tomorrow ... because at the moment we want to manually activate some licenses to check the proper working of our new system.

Thank you for your patience.

I am having Error 2 - 0 - 1 - 0 - 0, with the comm driver.

When I go to advanced settings and update settings it says that defaults.xml is Corrupted

Do you know what could it be?

It probably should have been specified in the email that you sent out that licenses are not immediately available. I just wasted time uninstalling V1 and installing V2 only to be greeted with demo mode. I'm now having to revert back to V1 and will then have to go back to V2 in a number of days. Time is valuable.

The last activations were faster than the first ones.
Haven't you received the activation yet? How much time has passed?

Got my activation file in 2 hrs. I too installed and then reverted back and then when the email came reinstalled. But it only took me 10 minutes

V2.01 Works great. One thing, what hardware is the activation tied to?

Usually, it is tied to the key component of your computer, the motherboard, but no all the times.

Anyway this is not a problem for you: we are your best friends and if you need to move the license to a new machine in case of failure of some components or HW upgrade, contact us :D
