Forgot to uninstall first

Install of an update failed because I forgot to uninstall the previous version. I then uninstalled the old version, but the install wizard tells me I still have a previous version installed. I’m stuck. Any suggestions?

This isn't a question of great interest for the other users. Anyway, it is strange.
Please, contact
support@deviltechnologies.com and provide the following data, otherwise we don't know what you are speaking about:
- The application (DTouch for Cubase, DTouch for Nuendo, DTouch for Pro Tools, DFader?)
- Version of the previously installed version and of the new one
- Your machine Operating System
