Need answers before buying

Windows 10 pro x64, Cubase 9.5 Pro. I have 3 monitors: 2 simplies monitors and 1 multitouch monitor... i touch my touch monitor (mixer window).. then for example... i need to moves my cursor to primary monitor.. when i begining use mouse my cursor is appear on touch monitor... how automatically get back my cursor to primal monitor after touching touch monitor? If i buy DTouch i can fix my problem in cubase?

my monitor: dell 2418ht

I have already seen this question on another public forum (GearSlutz if I remember well) ...
DTouch can help you when you touch a DTouch window. For example, if you touch the DTouch floating mixer, the mouse cursor will not be moved (as you have neither touched the touchscreen). BUT, ONLY if you have touched a DTouch window ... because DTouch is designed for touch. This is not true for other applications (Cubase for example). Even if you have installed DTouch, the Cubase windows will not have such a touch-optimized property.

Important: this "magic" DTouch behaviour works well on Windows 10. On previous version of Windows, the behaviour could not be exactly like this.
