Silvano, I emailed screen shots and the explanation below to the open ticket.
One image called "Cubase Tracks" shows what I had referred to as the "Parent" track and the "Output" tracks. The Parent, as I call it, is the VST Instrument track, the Output tracks are just that, the multiple outputs from the VST Instrument. You can see that there are two loaded, both Superior Drummer and Groove Agent. Notice the red arrow pointing to the 1st Output Track. It takes the same name of the VST Instrument. Changing the name of the VST Instrument or the 1st Output Track automatically changes the other. These will always have the same name.
The other image shows the Cubase Mixer at the top and the DT Floating Mixer at the bottom. You can see that the track names are correctly represented on the Cubase Mixer but missing from the DT Floating Mixer.
I have found when a new VST Instrument is loaded to a project and you select multiple outputs that the names will be correctly represented in the DT Floating Mixer. But, after you save/close the project and close DT and reopen the project and the DT floating mixer those names are now missing from the DT Floating Mixer.
Thanks, Tony

Hello,
test the latest version of DTouch for Cubase; it could fix your issue.
Thank you for your patience.
