drag macro buttons to any empty slot

With Macro Assign flashing it would be nice if it was possible to drag macro buttons from their current slots onto an empty slot instead of having to remove and then assign again in the macro editor.

I must check with the developers if this is easy to be implemented (for sure it will not be trivial, but i see it very useful).
