DTouch Crashing!

Hi My Dtouch V2 for Cubase 10.5 keeps crashing. Cubase 10.5 remains open and working while Dtouch just freezes and can't be shut down on my PC unless I restart it. I previously had the demo installed before buying the full program. What should I try?
In My Windows 10 Computer app list I have these installed:
DTOUCH for Cubase V2
DTOUCH for Cubase VST Connector (32bit)
DTOUCH for Cubase VST Connector (64bit)
....Should I remove one of them.... (maybe 32bt)

Hi, I'm sorry for the 3-month delay. I had serious family concerns. I emailed you all the necessary info about my system and still need help solving the issue. You can respond to my email sent from "David." I also wanted to ask here since it may be quicker. I have Dtouch 2.0.22 for Cubase 10.5.20
where and How do I download a updated Dtouch version? thx

Hi, Hope you're well, can you help me now that it's September? As I described in emails and posts here I still do not have Dtouch working in Cubase 10.5 but it is working well in Cubase 10. All details were in previous Email and messages. Alos I downloaded the latest Dtouch and it hasn't worked either.
