Problem swapping between project and mix window

Hello!
Very new to dTouch... Using Nuendo7 in win 10 with acer T272HL monitor.
I have second monitor for video.
When I swap from mix to project window everything goes smooth.
When I swap back from project window to mix, dTouch resync fails everytime.
In the pic you see what happens.

In the error message it says:
automatic alignement procedure failed!
Please, retry it and avoid to move the mouse during this procedure.
[error code:230]

OK, you are new to DTouch so you don't know how we work.
You will never have an help here. Write to support@deviltechnologies.com.
Remember that a usable screenshot is the one that you take with the "print" key on your QWERTY keyboard, not a camera shot. Many times we can detect some problems from a correctly captured screenshot. When you send a screenshot by E-Mail, don't edit (clip, resize, compress) it and use a loss-less format (like .png).
