Dear all,
I am using DTouch for Cubase with a dual screen setup:
- 1 TV screen Samsung 4k (3840x2160)
- 1 Touch Screen LG 23ET83v in Full HD (1920x1080)
I notice that, in this exact resolution setup, when I launch Dtouch advanced settings (DLLManager), it's not able to detect both screen, stating that my touchscreen must be greater or equal than 1920x1080... but this is the case. The detection only show the message for touching/clicking the Mixer window on the 4K screen, but remains white and blank on the touchscreen.
So I dig this.
I decrease the resolution of the 4k screen to the lower available: 2560x1600 and tadaa... detection of both screen occurs correctly !
For every lower resolution than 4K on the project screen, it works.
So my question is: Is there any support of the 4K for the project window? Or probably is this a bug?
Thanks a lot
Support of 4k onProject monitor?

Re: Support of 4k onProject monitor?
If I have correctly understood your setup, it should work, unless you are using some downscaling function which virtually lowers the resolution of the touchscreen. But there could be more.gabcac wrote:Dear all,

Re: Support of 4k onProject monitor?
Got it !
I found the issue.
I am running Windows 10, and in the Display Settings, if the 4k monitor has the settings "change the size of text, app, and other items." bigger than 125%, the issue occurs.
If I set it to 100% that's good, I have the calibration message on both screen.
To 125%, the calibration message on the touch monitor is shifted, but it's working.
At 150%, the calibration message disappear (off screen I guess) and then it fails.
I will open a support case with screenshots and pictures .

At the moment, I don't have a Win10 machine here, but, in the User Guide, don't we declare that you must set the scaling factor at 100%?gabcac wrote:Got it !
