Hello,
i´ve got a strange behaviour with Cubase 9.0.1 and Dtouch 1.2.37 (see picture). I´ve changed to Dtouch 1.2.35 with the same result.
I´m a little desperate now and need some advice.
Thanx, Micheil

Re: Cubase no faders anymore
Hello!
This is really strange. I have never heard before. Perhaps your problem is related to other programs or is an os error, in which case you could try to reinstall. I suggest you contact support@deviltechnologies.com they provides a great support.

Hello Micheil,
as suggeted, E-Mailing us is more effective, but I ask you for the following:
1) Replicate the exact condition that you have captured in the screenshot
2) Tap the "CLOSE DT" soft-button (the red one in the upper-right corner)
3) Print a virtual screenshot and save it in a lossless format (.png for example).
4) Send the screenshot to support@deviltechnologies.com
Thank you for your patience!

Re: Cubase no faders anymore
Hello,
I want to tell you about the solution for the vanishing faders and some alignement problems in Dtouch. At last, the
problem was self-inflicted. If anybody has the same mistake try to change the compatibilty mode in the Cubase.exe
preferences. In my case it was changed to Windows 8 (I don´t know how exactly) and so the Cubase windows got
a different frame that was slightly larger than the Windows 10 one. Now everything works fine.
Thanks to the great Dtouch support Team,
Micheil
